WHERE ARE THE DOG BEDS MADE?

All our beds are hand made here in Australia and are made to order.

Our Eco inserts are made from Sensational Tencel a unique new fibre that is 100% organic, made from natural wood cellulose originating from Eucalyptus Forestry Plantations. Tencel is supple, durable and flexible, although unlike cotton, it evaporates 50% more moisture, which inhibits bacteria, making it the perfect hypo-allergenic and anti-bacterial option for your dog.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE?

Small beds are suitable for dogs 5kg-10kg eg. Maltese, Poodle, Silky Terrier, Pomeranian, Pug etc.

Medium beds are suitable for dogs 10kg -20kg eg. Kelpie, Beagle, Cocker Spaniel, Spoodle, etc.

Large beds are suitable for dogs 20kg-50kg eg. Labrador, German Shepherd, Golden Retriever, Rottweiler etc.

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

Please allow 10 working days for delivery.

HOW CAN I BUY A DOG BED?

You can purchase an Oscar & Lulu dog bed through our online store by clicking on the shop button on our home page.

Orders need to be paid in full, once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email and an update when bed has been sent.

YES, When you reach the Oscar & Lulu checkout you will see the PayPal symbol indicating you are in a secure webpage. PayPal do not share your financial information with Oscar & Lulu.

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?

Flat rate of $14.95 per bed within Australia. Freight outside Australia will incur additional charges.

CAN I SEND YOU A PHOTO OF MY PET ON THEIR NEW OSCAR & LULU BED?

Yes, by all means. We love to see your pets with their new purchase. Email your photos to Rebecca@oscarandlulu.com.au and we will add those images to our gallery or facebook page or why not follow Oscar & Lulu on facebook and you can add your own photos. Please ensure that you have the legal rights to use those images.
